Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return the garments in it’s original condition. (unworn with tags attached)
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a return.

Please be advised that SALE STOCK RETURNS ARE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Postage for all exchanges and returns is at senders cost. Refunds will be processed minus postage.

Although every effort has been made to make sure these things don’t happen, sometimes they do.
We won’t send you out a new one because that’s not only wasteful but we don’t have thousands of units lying around. We are a small Australian made company and we pride ourselves on the fact that we manufacture in small lots so having sewers here means we can actually fix stuff! Like they used to in the old days.
